MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. LOOK FOR THE SIGN WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME ON IT AND LINE UP THERE. PLEASE DO NOT COME EARLY - PARKING IS VERY LIMITED SO WE WILL HAVE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE AND RETURN AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IN ORDER TO HAVE ENOUGH PARKING FOR APPOINTMENTS.
IF YOU HAVE A MASK, BAGS, A CART OR WAGON - PLEASE BRING THOSE ITEMS WITH YOU.
We are extending our hours, requiring EVERYONE to wear masks, and asking that only 1 person from each household come to shop. Also, please come at your time slot parking on the grass completely off the road (either side). Some parking will be available along the curb in the parking lot - please reserve this for individuals who have difficulty walking up the hill and need to park closer. We will NOT be able to permit anyone to shop before their time slot as we are having to limit the number of people inside the warehouse at one time allowing for social distancing. Please make your selections quickly as we will be needing to get approximately 250 households through the distribution.
EVERYONE MUST SIGN UP ONLINE USING SIGNUP GENIUS (click the link above. If anyone is in need of assistance with the sign up process, please call/text us at (904)474-9549 beginning Monday at 9am (7/27) to Wednesday (7/29) at 6pm. Calls will be accepted from 9am-6pm Monday-Wednesday. THIS SIGN UP WILL END AT 6PM ON WEDNESDAY (7/29) or when all slots are filled. PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE IF YOU DO NOT GET AN ANSWER - YOUR CALL WILL BE RETURNED. You may also email us at appointments@epic-cure.org for assistance with signing up.
THIS SIGN UP CLOSES AT 6PM WEDNESDAY (7/29) OR WHEN ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED (whichever occurs first).
Distribution is back to shopping inside our warehouse, please show up at your chosen time slot with a mask and remember to social distance yourself from others.
