We rescue good food to win the battle against food insecurity while improving the health of our planet by reducing harmful methane gas emission.
Good for our Earth
We rescue food, keeping it out of landfills where it would have emitted methane gas, which is 10x more harmful to our planet than is excess carbon dioxide gas emissions.
At Epic-Cure®, we believe in taking urgent, immediate, and continuous action to make a measurable difference in eliminating food waste
Good for our People
Instead of throwing away the solution to food insecurity, we rescue food to eliminate hunger and improve the health and wellbeing of our good people.
Helping provide food to people in need.
Good for Community
By teaching useful and marketable life skills, we are connecting generations to improve the health and wellbeing of our seniors and providing paths to self-reliance for our Title 1 school children and our veterans- returning the favor.
We teach children and veterans about nutrition, meal planning, and how to safely prepare food through cooking classes taught by senior citizen mentors and chefs.
WHAT WE DO
Eliminate food waste and hunger through food rescue and distribution and leverage senior citizens to teach children safely prepare meals, providing them with practicals life skills and self-confidence from real achievement, while simultaneously connecting generations through a shared purpose.
